Geschreven op 18-2-2010 - Erik van Erne. Geplaatst in Agenda, Educatie, KlimaatThe Global Humanitarian Forum launches the Global Humanitarian Forum Vision Awards in an effort to further raise awareness of the human dimension of climate change through photo and video journalism.
If you are between 18 and 35 years old, talented, and committed, take part in the Vision Awards and share your perspective on the human story of climate change with the international community!
A jury of esteemed photo and video journalists will select projects that combine artistic excellence with a powerful message about the human dimension of climate change. Deadline for submissions: 15 April 2010.
Through this project, the Forum seeks to encourage and promote young visual media artists aged 18 to 35 years old to share their photo and video projects. While three prize recipients (one per category) will be drawn from a selection of 15 finalists (five per category), all applicants’ projects will be presented to third-party organizations, which will have the opportunity to contact applicants directly should they be interested in their work.
