Join us for Earth Day 2010 at our Creative Space office!
We need your help because our Earth Day theme this year is “DIY”, or “Do It Yourself”. It might sound like we want you to do all our work for us, but don’t worry!
The idea is that to make amazing things happen, everyone has to do their part. We’ve gathered some of Shanghai’s best and brightest environmental and artistic minds together to show you just how that can be done: our workshops will demonstrate some great ways to make your life more eco-friendly. We also want to show you how to integrate cool green ideas and trends into your everyday routine. There’s something we can all do, it’s just that we all have to do it!
This year we are giving as many Chinese youth as possible the chance to attend our event, so we will be making it free for everyone. This means a bigger financial commitment for us, so we are looking for sponsorships from companies committed to supporting green initiatives in Shanghai. All proceeds will go directly towards GECKO – our environmental awareness initiative for high school students across China. Show Shanghai you care about the community and the environment!
